WANTED SMALL RETRO MTB - Tempt me!

Looking for a small (14" to 16") MTB

Ideally XT equipped or above, preferably without suspension as I already have an Ibis SLR. It'd be nice to find something lightweight and in good condition. Klein/Cannondale/WHYG?

Can collect and willing to travel but this will be reflected in the price I can pay cash on collection. Decent budget available but not going to be spending £0,000's

I have a small Curtlo but it has an Actiontec fork and it's frame and fork only. Cannondale ended up ripping off the design. Great little bike. Another unfortunate part is that I'm in the US. $300 is asking.

Thanks for the message but I'm really wanting to stay away from any kind of suspension as I'm after the lightest bike possible, ideally sub 20lbs.

Sub 20 even rigid, will cost plenty, as a weight weenie-aholic for over 40 years, I well know this! It's the essential things like Titanium bottom bracket and Cassette, stems/bars and particularly light wheels needed to drop the weight, that cost boutique money.
I would start with a good light, top end Crmo or better still Titanium frame, then add parts as budget allows.
