Wanted Wanted small non disc single speed frame

I’m after a small (ideally 16” CTT seat tube) bling 26er or possibly 29er single speed specific frame. Track ends and able to take canti / v brake. I’m not too worried about finish but no dents…Steel or titanium.​

No single Speed specific but could be used as a single speed setup, I think i have rear hub conversion and tensioner in my man cave too. Just an idea. I've converted a few to single speed over the years.
