wanted singlespeed frame?

Putting the feelers out really, visited a mate today and came away with a set of disc wheels and some brakes and being intrigued a little by everyone riding them yesterday at the forest its looking like a budget project could be on the cards !!

Size wise 18" and would like to avoid chain tensioners if possible

I have actually been onto this and its still for sale and same town where I actually work, Lovely frame just thinking after looking on ebay etc I could actually get a frame+fork for that or a little more money hmmmmm :?
