WANTED: Shimano Cantilever Brake Block Holders

Wanted one pair of Shimano Cantilever Brake Block Holders (as per the picture).

I bought a Raleigh Summit Bike and found that only 3 of the 4 brakes had the correct brake block holders. I've looked online / ebay for some replacements and even bought some jagwire ones but they are slightly different to these shimano ones so if someone has some hanging around then I will glady furnish their palms with a few pieces of silver in exchange...

What year/model number are they from, I've got loads of bits similar kicking around but a year would confirm it.

Hi,

Thanks for the quick response - the model number on the brakes are br-m650 / br-m651 and I think they are from the Shimano Deore DX brake set.

Not entirely sure of the year - the Summit was released c.1992? so I guess around then.

The jagwire ones I bought looked like this...
...and although the actual bolt and nut were fine it was these brake holders that weren't the correct size.

After a bit more research they are from the Deore DX M650 group - 1993 according to my online research. Other groups might have the same holders though?
