wanted set of forks under £40

So long story short I ended up buying a bike because it was cheap. Not going to be able to keep it for long but it's one of the bikes I've always wanted to own so wasn't going to turn it down. It's had a hard life and as such the Rockshox forks on it are...well they're dead. So I need to find a cheap replacement.

criteria are. 1 1/8 threadless, steerer minimum 220mm and disc brake compatible. That's it, no specific makes or features (admittedly I'd like to stay away from suntour if possible but if that's all I can get then that's all I can have)

Re:

Let me see what I can do. I might be able to cobble a set of Reba forks together for you. I can't promise, as I need to check I've got all the parts (I've bought a few sets in need of repair with the aim of having a set for me, and hopefully a spare set). I could potentially also do a set of bombers, as I bought 2 sets with a view to making one good set. The latter owe me £50 already, but if you wanted to take on the job of swapping over the lower legs (one set has broken disc mounts, hence the swap needed), I could do them both for £45 posted.

Re:

Thanks guys. Just bought a set of RST Gilas for £15 (pile of poop I know  but it's only temporary so I can get the bike rideable and only going to be used on the light trails for now).
