Wanted - Pepperoni forks, or suggestions of good alternative

I recently bought a Cannondale M800 frame on eBay as a project and am now looking for the other parts I need to make this back into a great bike.

I need some Pepperoni forks. Alternatively, I need other forks which will suit (it has a 1 1/4 Evolution headset).

Any suggestions/advice gratefully recieved. I should state now that I am a complete newbie!

I should also add that all I currently have is the frame, so will need pretty much everything over the next few weeks/months.

Plan is to make it into a really nice bike, for as tight a budget as poss. I'm setting up a company in my real life, so the plan is to sell things which are lying around the house on eBay in order to fund all the purchases I am going to need to make. A rubbish into gold story!

Any advice as to what I should be looking for/thinking of really appreciated.

I want to keep it as a rigid hardtail, and I'd like the forks to be aluminium.
