I've got some bits and pieces hanging around, so you're welcome to any of the following:

2001 ish Hope Mini Mono brakes and rotors - the rear caliper is stuck on one side so these will need some work
1998 XT front mech
SRAM X9 9 speed cassette
SRAM x9 3x9 shifters Shimano not SRAM rear mech compatible
SRAM PC80R chain
Avid SD 1.9 V-Brake levers - these are actually in pretty good shape

TBH most of it is far from new but you're welcome to anything you'd like out of that list.
