Wanted: Nice Top of the Range Vintage Triple Chainset

looking for something nice in a triple with long cranks to fit on the old eddy merckx to tie in with the dura ace 8 speed groupset that's on it.

does anyone know if shimano made a dura ace or ultegra/ 600 triple back in the 80s?

i don't remember seeing anything except for the mountain bike triples like deore xt etc

Shimano only had lower end triples like the RSX until they brought out the 9 speed series.
I've got a lovely NOS (fitted but unused) 170mm Miche Team polished c/set from a 1991/2 Peugeot Competition bike. Originally set up as a double it has a std 74mm inner holeset and I have a new 26 new inner ring also.
I'd like £68 posted for it including a 26T alloy inner ring (Though I have a steel one if you'd prefer)

thanks for that information. after doing some homework i discovered those shimano chainsets you mentioned. i particularly like the dura ace and ultegra models and should have said that i'm looking for 177.5mm - 180mm cranks, so i'll be looking for either of those chainsets.
