WANTED: Kona "dog collar" seat tube cable stop

WANTED: I am restoring an old school Kona Hei Hei titanium bike but the frame is missing the seat tube cable stop. It would be greatly appreciated if you could provide me with some information on where to get one of this cable stop or if you have one around, I would be willing to buy the item from you. Thank you!!!

Quite rare things in this size and when they come up for sale they don't hang long.

Took me a while to get hold of one.

Done the right thing by putting up a wanted thread also keep looking thru the for sale section as well.

Do you know what diameter it is?

For the Hei Hei, you need the 31.8mm.

Afraid they are both 28.6mm.
