Wanted: Klein CCD - Chain Control Device(s)

I'm looking for two Klein CCD's; the Chain Control Device found on Attitudes and Adroits. One of the 1st Generation version which had 3 bolts and also one of the 2nd Generation 2 bolt version.

Does anybody have one of these that they would sell? Thank you.
