Right guys. I'm looking for a rear gt hadley hub for parts. Basically the story goes...at the start of the 98 nationals at eastridge someone crashed into the back of me. This broke 3 spokes n damaged the hub in someway.
With the cassette tightened up the free hub is really tight and causes chain suck so you can't freewheel.
Back when this happened the shop I rode for changed the bearings in the hub but this made no differance so I was given a hope bulb wheel instead.
A few years later when I was doing my apprenticeship I stripped the hub in an attempt to find the issue. I checked the axel and free hub for trueness and still couldn't find anything wrong.
Now 15 years later - the bike has been in my dads loft for all this time and I've decided to strip and re-build it. So if anyone has a hub I'd be very greatful.
