Wanted for weekend: 700c screw on freewheel wheelset

Hi,
I'm getting a bit desperate. I've been trying to get my old claud butler roadworthy and geared for a weekend ride. All was going ok until I serviced the wheels. It seems the cones are shot and I can't find any for love or money.

Does anyone have a 700c wheelset, around 70s vintage? Looking for alloy hub and rim, screw on freewheel (5 speed). The hub spacing is 116mm but I'm told 120mm would be fine.
