A huge long shot but here goes.......
..... I've had a 6 month break clause put into my current private tenancy agreement, sadly due to being pissed about by one of the councils for the past four months I've had to sort a new tenancy agreement for my current privately rented place. So I'll be looking from March 2010 with view to moving in April.
What I am looking for in 6 month's time is a one bedroomed completely unfurnished flat, if it's tatty I don't mind as I've always done my own places up as I've gone along (and it helps keep the rent down). One of the main points is that it really must be in a 'safe' area, I'm deaf and have security issues. It must also be in reasonable distance to a main line train station or the Tube so I can get to work and into town. I'd go to Zone 3, 4 at a push for the right place and my maximum monthly rent is 550. I am not prepared to do a flat/house share, this flat needs to be fully self contained.
Can anyone help at all please?
