Wanted - cheap frame and forks

I'm looking for a cheap ass f+f to use as a beater, would prefer h/s and bb to be included but I'm not too fussy. Going to be used for commuting for work so condition/colour not important as long as it is straight and solid

56-58cm is good for me

I'm in London and would prefer to pick up in or near London but if I have to pay for post, I have to pay for post!
