Wanted-Campagnolo top tube cable clips

I am looking for some brake cable clips for the top tube and would welcome advice on where to find some (none on eBay). Or maybe someone has some spare in the parts bin? Thanks.

Freshtripe have some of the DiaCompe ones, also the old Bicycle company sells them, they are not campagnolo of course but beyond the logo pretty much identical.
