25.4 quill stem that's steeper than 10 degrees, (45deg max) with 90-120mm reach
a hole or pulley for front canti-s would be handy but not essential
condition not esstential - I don't mind repainting or paying a bit more for 'as new' either way
Something like a Syncros with a nice rise would be good - but I do want the be able to fit a pair of 25.4-26mm drop bars to it and syncros's wide early bar clamp would make this impossible, (unless its one of their rare road stems ofcourse).
