wanted ! 1" steerer forks and canti's oh and brake lev

i'm looking for the above to complete my Wicked ...... canti's and brake levers - not too fussed about colour but red would be nice ! forks ? if anyone has original Fat Chance ones then superb ! but any others considered as a temp measure just to get the bike on the road
