Worth contacting the seller on these. They're off a 93 frame and Cr-Mo, but very similar to 92 forks in the drop-outs and crucially are 1 ¼". Even genuine Alpinestars. Strip the chrome and repaint. The geometry MIGHT be slightly different, but a very good fork for your 92 frame. Just check the steerer length. Good luck.

I've persuaded quite a few US sellers to ship via USPS. My argument is that they've got to box them anyway, it's only the customs form that's different if shipping overseas. Offer them an extra few dollars for the effort, usually works. Or ask one of our friendly American members of they'll receive it and forward it on. Sure the cost will increase a tad, but if the customs declaration is made out as a gift and/or value less than or equal to $15USD, you'll pay no import duty. USPS are the cheapest and best. Worth another try maybe, explain your needs. Spread the Alpinestars love
