Wall Mounts

I have "gained management buy-in" to mount my beloved Caygill on the wall in the landing. The search is now on for a nice way of fixing it to the wall...

I want the wheels to be level (valves at 12 o'clock too) and the bars to be straight, which pretty much rules out anything that's gonna hang it purely from the top tube.

Been looking at these, but the price, MY GOD THE PRICE, and they seem to get meh reviews although these could be from people who are not compatible with tools.

Any other suggestions?

Cheers,

Re:

I would get the wheel supports, put the handlebar & pedal through the wall so it looks flat, then go into the adjoining room & use the bar end & peddle at coat hooks..

Re:

I have a minoura bike tower sitting doing nothing...ideal if you need to remove it when the mother in law comes to stay or when inevitably she changes her mind. No drilling fixings in to the wall either!

It’s like this..can take photos if interested

I'll give next door a knock and give the old lass the good news about her brand new coat hooks

Thanks for the suggestions! I'm thinking more display than storage, need the wheels to be level so the geometry is obvious, and don't want any clutter, just a bike on a wall looking rad. Might just have to suck it up and buy the cyclo one.

How about these? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BIKE-WALL-MO ... yhDOH0gPcg

I use a set to display the Pace. Really good quality, powder coated in various colours, wide enough to accept a flat cage pedal with Toe clip ( Some of the cheaper ones are only wide enough to take an SPD pedal)
All fixings and instructions were included and the seller gave good comms.

The pic of the Pace shows it hanging on just the pedal mount. I then used the wheel positions to mount the lower brackets. Remember the rear bracket is closer to the pedal position than the front! - This determines which way round you display the bike!

Hope this helps.

Cheers.

Re:

If it's for display, how about wires? This was the solution for my Merlin.
