Waist Belt Mounted Utility Pack A.K.A. BumBag / FannyPack

I have a rather Retro Karrimor 'Storm' bumbag..grabbed it off Ebay for a £5. Its a bit 80's with its 'flouro yellow/red cord zip pulls but its big enough - must be 3L- Mini pump, tubes and relevant toys all fit in main compartment, flat pocket or webbed open pockets on either end with loops for car key too :) Bargain effectiveness
 
I bought some combats when it was cold, Austrian extreme weather keks, with bundles of pockets; I had never worn combats and was amazed how good all the pockets are.
I now have some slightly lighter[the extreme weather ones are like having a very heavy sleeping bag round your legs] ones and at the moment. In my pocketses I have, spare tube, pump, ordnance survey map, pockets full of assorted bolts n other shit, big lufkin tape, camera and all sorts of other shit in the pockets.
If I was to get one of those bags would I get all my shit in it?
