I don't know what year this is, but it does look like a Bizango. My best guess is that it is a 1997, in which case it would be made of Tange Superlight. Pieces in the puzzle:
1. I think the first Voodoos were 95 models, although some may have been made/sold in 1994, as with any other make
2. as far as I am aware, they didn't have top tube rear derailleur routing before 1997.
3. it doesn't have a bulge-butted seat tube and it lacks the white Superlight sticker, but they must have made a straight Superlight seat tube by 1997, as the 1997 catalogue picture has a straight seat tube with the white sticker on it.
4. by 1998, they were made of 853 and Bikepedia says they were green, by 99 they had different decals
5. I've never seen a Voodoo with a boss for an E-fit fd before, maybe it was a special order (the Bizango was made in USA, so perhaps you could customize your order).
6. he says the serial is B1004 and deduces that it is from 94, but the only note of a Voodoo serial number I have is 96WA00041 on a 96 Bizango, so no idea what that means
He says there's no chain-suck damage on the stay because an E-fit fd prevents chain-suck. Is that right?
