It could be, but they made a range of very similar looking bikes of different qualities, and the bulk are low end.

As a rule the better quality frames had the more interesting components, like the alloy fork, the push fit bb, Cartridge hubs iirc
But these components are usually broken or worn out so it's hard to upgrade or repair.
The axles often broke too
