Vintage Viking frameset 55/21.5

greenvik

Retro Newbie
Viking rambler
Seat tube 55cm ct
Top tube 56cc

This isn’t a 531 Viking, but it isn’t gas pipe either. Probably 1970s.
I bought it on impulse last year to build into a commuter, but I know I’m not going to get round to it..
I was told that the frame was professionally painted (by Atlantic boulevard in lancs) for a customer who never returned to collect it. The shop moved it on to recover their losses
The finish is lovely, with just one or two minor chips from its time in storage.

£50 for frameset with new headset fitted.
Collection between Notts and Derby
Or happy to box and post at buyers expense

Hi,
I think its 120 OLN with a 26.0 seatpost (Its down in the shed, I'll double check tomorrow, but I'm pretty sure)

Re:

Yes, 120 OLN. So would make a nice fixed wheel machine, or it would be simple enough to set it for a wider geared hub.

Seatpost 26mm.
