Rad! Those are some great snaps. Reminds me of living and riding in Seattle BITD. Ok... Maybe not that intense. ;)

Refresh my memory. When were you here and where did you ride?
Cheers,

T

I am sure we crossed paths at some time. There just wasn't that big of a community riding those trails on bicycles back then. At least not until later towards the 90's.

...guess i started hitting it pretty hard when Mt Bike Spec was open in a little shop next to R&E down from the Knarr Bar. Later they moved around the corner into the basement shop. I had a couple friends that worked there that I raced with. Used to do some little races at BCC. I used to have Dave Levy do custom stems and stuff for me when he had a shop downtown under Post alley. Then he opened a bigger shop behind U Village on the Burke Gillman. A friend of mine worked at the little bike shop on Mercer Island... then I found the rock at UW and started rock climbing more, and more...

I worked at Fiorini Sports in the Village and got to know Dave around 96.
He built my first Ti Cross frame.
It is always nice when you can work out a trade for stuff.:)
