I reckon a screw on Tubular , Carbon skins ,unknown brand about $300 AUD in Australia , I dont know if that means 200 pounds there though ?

If you're trying to sell, you'll probably have more joy if you fit a solid axle suitable for a track bike - I have an old disc wheel like this I use for fixed-gear TTs - paid £50 for it on ebay about 6 years ago because it's slightly buckled - not a problem seeing as I ran it front brake only
