Doesn't look to bad to me, I've seen far worse :) I'd try an offer of £30 and see what they say. Strip it down completely, clean, scrub and polish everything then reassemble. New chain, cables and tyres, a days work with a nice Viking at the end of it.
 
In the overall scheme of things it's not an 'old' Viking, probably one of the Irish ones from the 80's. 'Old' Vikings go back to the 50's :wink:

I agree with Robbie over price etc., it'll probably clean up OK.
 
i agree with the others on this one not worth £50 as it looks to be in need of a complete overall personally i would offer £25-£30 max any more walk away looks nice rigid frame tho has potential
