"The storm bike that you linked looks interesting. The hole in the rear dropout indicates that it was an employees bike. More specifically, that it is a blem frame. Anytime an employee bought a blem frame it was drilled that way. Blems were only sold if they were functionally sound.
The color could be a very early attempt at the storm scheme. Maybe one of the first? Employee bikes were often painter experiments. "
