Looking up the seller it shows they are UK based in Bath, Somerset and have only ever sold bits of classic cars.
How can the items show as for sale in Germany?

I didn't think those top mounted gear levers came out until 1984ish, and have you looked at his other listings lots of luxury brand watches starting at about 70 GBP... Very dodgy indeed...
