Are you sure you aren't watching another one that you're not letting on about?

FWIW, I'm not convinced by the 'Kilauea'. The pictures are too bad to be sure and the seller didn't reply to my request for information. Personally, I wouldn't bid for it. But there again, the Hope/Mavic ceramic wheels are presumably worth more than the frame anyway.

I hope the 96/size 16 Cinder Cone hasn't been ridden like that! It looks as though there can hardly be any post in the frame.

And at the opposite extreme I'd want to be sure the seat post will move on the 97/size 19 one, as the post at min height can sometimes be anindication that it's stuck. Looks good otherwise, could even be a lady owner which is always a good sign.

though tbh its not actually on my watch list cos a bit far to collect a frame with a stuck seatpost, and i cant face watching it go for a low bid.
agree about the kilauea, but as you say the wheels are worth it alone assuming they still got a bit of ceramic left on em. give him a couple of days, maybe taking a while to sort pics?
also agree about the cinder cones, look like they not been ridden too hard or there would have been accidents, so might be a good sign.
