Apparently now if you send something to the USA you have to pay the recipients import duty!

AnPost (Ireland) is saying that the recipient still needs to pay, but they and their logistics partner will be collecting (for up to 5 calendar days before it's return to sender)

It will be UPS in my case ( a private delivery service, not the gov't USPS).
