In this case, the cable routing is consistent with a Voodoo prior to 1997 and the bulge in the seat tube is consistent with Tange Ultimate Superlight, so it could easily be a 1995 or 96 Bizango. But how many potential bidders know that?
The Wanga was also made of Tange Prestige, but I don't know whether it used the bulge-butted seat tube, so I don't know whether the two bits of evidence are consistent with the frame being a Wanga.
If it was my frame, I would at least have provided a picture of the frame prior to repainting, as some form of evidence. Presumably US buyers are the trusting type.
