Urgent help needed

A good friend of mine has a 15 year old Daughter who has been diagnosed with a rare form of lymphoma cancer, the diagnosis is terminal, there is a slight chance of specialist treatment in America. I am trying to raise funds to help the family out, just a pound would help.
