Unusual(?) Weinmann brake levers

I got the attached pair of Weinmann brake levers. Any resemblance to Nuovo Record levers is surely coincidental.

I'd be curious to know which brake calipers they belong to and their production year. They look a lot like '185-100' levers I found on velo-pages but without the holes. I also found them on the forum on a Raleigh Team replica but this time with holes for extension levers and in combination with what could be Weinmann 570 brake calipers?

Presumably they would be matched with the Carerra callipers?

On the net I only see the painted logo, drilled ones with the Carrera brakes though.
The ones on velobase appear to have the holes for extension levers.
