Unknown (Specialized?) Frame Cannock Karma

Don't know what this is, anyone? Was told it was an early Specialized when I bought it.

Will get rid of at Cannock as karma if anyone wants it. I'll have a few MBUKs to give away too for some over cake n coffee reading in the cafe.
