Unknown frame - please help!

Hi,
I have just bought this frame which is reynolds 531 tubing and has clearly been repainted at some stage, but was originally white. It has a full Shimano 105 groupset and dates from 1990 as I understand. I would like to know what it is, the rear brake mount is an interesting shape - any ideas?

Like already said, more photos needed to make any idea of builder. However, it looks pretty generic with, most likely, Long Chen lugs from Ceeway marketing and their related frame build fittings such as the rear bridge - which is relatively common in 90's build frames. If this is the case then it is also probably Columbus tubing as they were/are the agents. Looks like a nice frame whatever.

yes i know, but it has been resprayed and the sticker is not stuck on straight... wasn't sure how reliable that was!
