The cable guides are pretty distinctive, so hopefully someone recognises them.
For anyone considering buying it, it's worth bearing in mind the bottom bracket threads may well be damaged, since it's got a Mavic bottom bracket. There's nothing wrong with those bottom brackets (super-smooth, a little heavy) but it does mean you might need to find another to get the correct chainline for the cranks you choose.

Looking on my phone so could be wrong but the top tube cable guides and rear brake hanger look different. I'm 99% sure we sold these, the cable guides are what makes me think that. The ones we sold were just far east frames with no manufacturer name that I can recall.
