Anyone know what this is? I googled bi-axl and it appears in sone descriptions of bike but not as a name.

Alpina something or other, it says so on the top tube.

It looks like one I had from new back in the day... If it is, it's a 5.5 alpina from 95 or 96.....

Ive just noticed the guys user name and remembered that I have sold him stuff on gaybay before and seem to recall a bit of hassle........can't remember just what tho!!

would it be worth the bin then? The photo makes it hard to tell the condition of the bike so I'm not sure :?

Looks like a 504. About £470 with lx, but some of that looks to have changed. The forks have been added too. The Bi-axial relates to the down tube, ovalised vertically at the headtube and horizontally at the bb. The frames are doubel butted, something like 0.9/0.6/0.9 butting. Pretty light for the money if flexible

Difficult to tell what kit is on it, maybe worth enquiring before hitting buy it now, if its any help my Univega Alpina 5.5 is probably the best riding bike I have.
Mine weighs 24lbs with a 19" frame too.
