ultimate machine fork crown

so... some guy is selling UMC manitou compatible fork crowns on ebay.

How would I go about building a complete steerer fork assembly using one of these crowns? I assume that I would need a steerer tube that would be press fit to the crown. Is there any place in particular that would sell steerer tubes?

There's a guy selling ti ones one eBay Germany but a local frame builder or machine shops could probably do you steel or alu tube for a tenner.
