Since most people either like or aren't bothered about being in the EU, but UKIP don't like it, we should be pragmatic and employ the one solution guaranteed to be acceptable to everyone:

Stick everyone who's a member of or voted UKIP on a big boat and steer it to antarctica. They get to leave the EU while we get to stay. Jobs a good'n.

There's immigration, which we allow, and people are immigrating. Sounds like it works as designed, in my opinion.
