U-brake (1988 Fisher Hoo Koo E Koo) - Halifax

It appears this is a 1987 (both '87 and '88 came in Carribean Green) based on the components - e.g. Shimano Biopace crank rather than Deore.

I took it for a test ride, but I'm edging towards moving it on whole (not big enough for me) as there's actually only a few components I could use on the Raleigh and it seems a waste to split it just for the derailleurs and u-brake.
