Initial check suggests it is dirty and missing a lot of paint. No dents though and most miraculously of all, the seatpost was ungreased and slipped straight out.
I won't be keeping it, but I think it's actually big enough for me to give it a test ride. Almost all original components aside from the Specialized saddle, Ned Overend barends, seat clamp and Wildgrippers. Bizarrely, the rims are right but the hubs don't match the catalogue spec.

I bought it to use the parts to build up my bizarre part-brazed Raleigh. I always feel bad separating the original parts from a bike though, so who knows
I'll try to avoid the usualy logic cycle:
I need [x] component(s) -> it would be cheaper to buy a donor bike -> it would be wrong to part out the donor bike -> refurbish donor bike -> look for a new donor bike
