No, not really.
I've never serviced any forks but the symptons are that, whilst they appear to function smoothly, they are pre-sagged to about half the travel.
I'd be happy to reduce them a little if you'd like to make an offer?

interested in the michelin tyres, i take it they are for hardpack use? are they particularly heavy?

They are for hardpack and road use and are wire bead.
Not sure on the weight but heavier than my XC Pros but lighter than my Halos so 600-700g I guess.
Used very little by the looks of them.
