Two Kona Titanium frames

This is a claimed 1994 frame but it has a 1-1/8 inch head tube so I think it is probably not '94:

This one is labeled as a '97 but the down tube is not gusseted, so again, it is probably not a '97:

It looks like a 94 Hei Hei to me, all the decals, the measurements and the frame details seem correct.

Yes, this is in fact a 98 Hei Hei - it's apparent from the cable routing and the decals. Hei Hei down tubes were never gusseted though, that was the King Kahuna, starting from 1996.
