Tv Licensing ?

Yes, I am aware of the fact they use an implied right of access, so I have crafted a nice letter to them which will be sent tomorrow removing their right of access and also asking them to desist in sending threatening or bullying letters. I have also reiterated that I do not watch tv and I will stand by that as I cannot cheat due to an overwhelming problem with guilt whenever I do something wrong or unkind, which disturbs me greatly so simple to protect myself I do not cheat.

Had them turn up at my door once
I hadnt changed my address when i moved so they thought the address didnt have a license.
They asked if i was the tenent for the flat
I said yes
They smiled
They then asked if i had a television on the property
I said yes
They smiled broadly
They then asked how long i had the television.
I said 5 years
Their smiles were beginning to border on the disturbing
They then produced their ID and stated in a loud voice so that anyone who was listening could hear,which was weird as there was only the 3 of us there.
And told me, I was liable for every year i owned the TV and would have to pay close to £600
Hold on i say :twisted:
Nip away[after slamming the door shut hard enough to but abrupt but not so i damage my door.
I return with my TV license and they see its just an address error.

They walk away very dejected
And i call after them 'Fuc*ing Parasites,get a real job'
