Pair of Tioga Psycho Tyres (originals, black with amber wall), kevlar bead, mint.

X-Lite Titanium Flat bars (560mm from memory?). Uncut. Excellent Condition.

Selle San Marco 'Concor' saddle. Black. Ti Rails. Embroidered logo on top. Excellent condition.

USE seatpost. 410mm. Silver. No Shim. Excellent Condition.

Deore XT (1995/96?) 8 spd shifters, excellent condition.

Dyna-Ti has also paid for the XT shifters :roll:

I have paid for the Smoke/dart magics and Tulstar has confirmed that he won't me able to send anything until he has been back to his Mum's on the 21st. I think that is fair enough - He has his own system which is not perhaps to everyones liking, but it is up to him how he does it surely?

I know some of us have had a nightmare with a tiny minority of sellers on the site, (me included) but lets not forget that 1000's of items have been sold and bought successfully through the site before we condem Tulstar who seems to have been pretty clear in his advert about how he wants things done.

There have been literally thousands of successful transactions on here, indeed looking for a part is often the way in which people find their way here (it was for me). There have been a few unacceptable instances recently but, in most cases, the items have been forthcoming in the end.

Sentiments such as

are inflammatory and, frankly, ridiculous. We do moderate For Sale and keep as close an eye on situations as they develop and, as above, the overwhelming majority are absolutely fine and if they weren't no one would buy off here yet they continue to do so.

In this case the seller only advertised yesterday and states clearly that he won't post out for a few weeks yet accusations start. Give the guy a fair chance to send things out and if there are ultimately are issues (and there is no reason to suspect there are at present) then we'll take them up.

I didnt send as a gift and in light of another member PMing me to say he'd paid for the same shifters ,i have filed a dispute,that i will escalate to a claim as soon as i can.

I apologize if hes all above board but thats now 2 items that have been sold to different members.

My claim will alert him to the fact things arent going too well in his thread,i suggest this thread be locked until we all find out WTF is going on,and give time for tulstar to explain and maybe to post pics of himself holding these parts :?

Good Lord, what a kerfuffle!

To all those who think I am NOT genuine, that's up to you! I did have a feedback link... Don't know why it's missing now but I'll try to get it reinstated. I recently split my last bike down and sold it on here, so I'm not a scammer (rather unfortunate choice of avatar though!)

There seems to be quite a lot of confusion regarding what's going on with payments etc. - This is mainly my fault for not keeping track of things properly.

As I said towards the top of this thread, I can't actually get on here much so I apologise that I haven't been able to reply to people as quickly as I'd have liked.

I am going to go through ALL of my PMs tonight. I cannot do it now, as it will take longer than my 30 minute lunch break will allow!

Everyone who needs to be refunded will be refunded, along with a quick email to explain why. (I haven't run off with anyones money as people seem to be starting to think).

I think this is going to be the easiest way to do things. Apologies to everyone
