I have sent him a pm as well asking him to confirm that he has shipped my things. He has not opened this pm in the past few days.
Last I heard from him was on the 22nd of November when he told me he would ship the day after.

all I can suggest is to email him at his PP address and ask for a refund for non delivery of goods as I did :?

Tulstart has a temporary ban for 4 weeks.

This ban will be removed after 4 weeks if he sorts everybody out and he can give an explanation as to why this situation arose.

Sadly I think we may see neither.

Oh hello. I wondered where me tenner went for my X Lite ( was it ever mine? ) ti handlebar ( that he also seems to have sold to Tallpaul ). Am I being a little pessimistic or would it benefit looking for his email popping up on other forums with great cycling bargains?

He had taken payment from me for it, but when I realised he was taking payment from several people for the same item I backed out and got a refund. I don't think he'll be sending me a christmas card either.

Update - I received an email response from Mark today (9th Dec) via his iPhone.

Apologised for not receiving goods and said he sent them out on the 22nd Nov - that's a Sunday :?

Said that he didn't have access to the Internet (iPhone?) because he has just moved house, but would try to get to a computer and sort the refund out today - not happened - and if not would sort it out by the end of the week. Here's hoping!

TBH most of his comms with me were via his iphone.
