Not sure about sourcing the decals and RSP headtube badge, but for the paint job itself, Neill Shankland at Atlantic Boulevard (http://www.atlantic-boulevard.co.uk) might be worth contacting. AB isn't the cheapest frame re-finisher around but they do carry out a thorough job and Neill seems a really helpful chap.
