Trimnell Forks!!

Set of extremely rare Trimnell Dual Crown, Dual Stem Titanium Rigid Forks.

In fantastic condition. Lower legs are perfect and upper legs have some very slight surface marking which I'm sure would polish out if done properly.

The forks come with all the associated bearings and bits, including the dual stems and the titanium handlebars. Again, the handlebars have some slight surface marking which would benefit from a good polish. The bars also have a slight crimp in one end from an overtightened bar end. This hasn't affected them in any way and is obviously hidden when grips/bar ends are fitted.

Passiflora sold an identical set of these forks a couple of years ago, and I can only assume that they've got even harder to find since then

Asking the same as they sold for back in 2010.

I'm not willing to sell them either, but unless I miraculously find a wad of cash outside my house, or unless Retrobike gets a collection plate going, I don't have much choice at the moment :cry:

My frame was cracked and my forks came incomplete.I re-built them sourced the broken stem and sold them.


It's a different situation.

If you sell the TRIMMELL. You will break up a bit of history and de-value a rare frame.

I cant imagine to many X-LITE Bikes where produced.

I'd prefer them to go together... In fact I'd prefer not to sell any of it but it's the only way I can get some money together at the moment..

It's not just the driving that's the problem (the insurance is only costing me an extra £94)... I need the money for other bills, and there isn't another way at the moment...

I'll see how it goes over the next couple of days..

Yes I did, and if I can find another way to raise the money I need then it'll be removed from sale quicker than you can say "Trimnell!"
