Anyone have knowledge of bicycle maker badged as Trent Valley Cycles ?probably from early 80s

There was a guy can't remember his name that did repairs /wheel building from a wooden shed in Shardlow earlier than the 80's late 60's early 70's called his business Trent cycle repairs no idea if that had any connection Just remembered his first name was Vic left the area so no idea what or when he ceased to trade but he'd gone by 1990 What type of Frame is it? pic would be good

Wasn’t he a news reader on Midlands Today?
I spoke to a nice man on gumtree selling a 531 trent valley badged bike.
He said he spoke to the part owner; the company was run by 2 brothers, one was the builder and the other was the salesman producing from late 60s to 70s from what i remember him saying. They produced bikes until they fell out for some reason and the builder brother did frame building at a different company. I spoke to the cycle inn shop in nottingham they said the company made a couple of bikes, seemed good quality.
