Trek 850 mountain track (1997)

bike in awesome original condition, has some period mud guards fitted(not to my liking) 17.5"frame, I've had it for a yr now, but I've only rode it a few times, rides like new. £150

It's a hard thing to price to be honest.
The frame is a good solid if un-exciting frame, but the groupset is not really up to the standard of the frame.
You'd probably get £200 for all the parts if you broke it and sold them all separately but that takes time and patience and you still end up with a few unsold parts etc.
I would say it is a fair price, but you'd probably have more success on eBay as this would make a lovely commuter for someone.

Cool, thanks for the reply, yeah I get what you mean about the components, but that's how it came out of the factory, will keep it listed on eBay & also use it occasionally as I do now:)
